Your shopping bag

The enquiry bag is saved in your browser on this device. It contains the product selections and quantities you choose. You can remove items from the bag or clear the website’s local browser data.

Country, postal code and messages typed into the enquiry form stay on the page until you choose to open your email app. This website does not submit that form to a customer database.

When you email us

After you send an enquiry, Veerpal receives the information included in your email and uses it to respond or help with your order. Only include information needed for that conversation. Do not email payment card numbers.

Hosting and product photographs

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical request information needed to serve and protect it. In the catalogue, product photographs are loaded from their external image host, which receives the network request required to display the image.

Orders and payment information

The full order privacy terms appear in the Privacy section of our Terms & Conditions. Secure checkout sends your selected product and variant identifiers, quantities and destination country to the Veerpal checkout service. Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout, not in this website’s bag.
